I just finished these two bags! These are already claimed! BUT…………..I will be making more!
The handles are leather and USA made. These are the ones I get from the ladies of Homestead Heirloom LLC. Got them a few years back at the Knitting Expo and have been waiting for the right project to use them! They are not cheap so I did not want to waste them on just any bag style!

I used upholstery fabric for the exterior and used a fun whimsical cotton patterned fabric for the interiors. Vintage buttons for the the top front flap for the exterior pocket which has a magnetic closure. Two open rear exterior pockets and on the inside, a cellphone pocket, one roomy pocket and a pen slot!

These bags are 10″ Tall x 11 Wide x 3.5″ Deep

Bringing back childhood memories!

I did a rough hand drawing of the old kids telephone on wheels we use to play with as children! I was going to create it in Illustrator but wanted that uneven look. So I drew it on some paper and then placed a transparency on top and got out my technical pens and inked it up!

Now screening onto some T’s to sell!!!

So I have been creating some designs to silk screen onto T shirts and stuff! Some of my designs are available to purchase for anyone who likes to silk screen themselves! I have them on my ETSY page. T shirts are available too!!

I am also working on some more new fabric designs!! Working with the theme “Vintage Toys”. I am hand drawing on clear plastic to burn the image on a screen for printing. I am also working in Illustrator and doing stuff like this:

Shepard Fairey’s Art

Everyone knows of Shepard Fairey‘s graphic artwork right?

His stuff is cool and known all around the world. His Obey giant art and the Obama “Hope” prints are probably the most known of all his work. Cool poster art with lots of detail in them. He has a unique style that has inspired many artists and graphic designers.

I as well am inspired by his work you should check out the video “Exist through the Gift Shop”. Pretty cool documentary styled film of Shepard Fairey as well as other street artists.

Working with ultra suede

working with ultra suede fabric is nice for the reason that it’s thin enough not to bog down your sewing machine. But….it can stretch a wee bit while seeing. So make sure everything is cute exact and you pin the living day lights out of what your sewing!
